About the Event
The Taste of Africa Festival is a vibrant, family-centered celebration that brings the music, dance, art, and culinary traditions of Africa and the African Diaspora to Downtown Livermore. Each year, thousands gather for a joyful day of live performances, cultural workshops, children’s activities, and a lively marketplace of African and local vendors.
The 14th Annual Taste of Africa Festival will take place on Saturday, October 3, 2026, from 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM in Downtown Livermore.
Businesses and organizations interested in sponsorship opportunities are invited to reach out.
We are now accepting applications from food vendors, retail vendors, artists, makers, cultural businesses, community organizations, nonprofits, and select beverage partners.
Vendor spaces are limited. To create a strong marketplace experience, we will review applications carefully and limit duplication of similar vendor types.
